Why Turquoise Jewelry Makes Us Crazy

We LOVE anything with turquoise. The problem is that for years it’s been used in pieces that don’t match our personal style. Things have changed and you’ll want to get your hands on these modern necklaces, bracelets and rings so fast that it will make your head spin.
These long, turquoise rings are balanced with a good amount of silver that acts like a frame to highlight the blues and greens.
I found a similar design but with turquoise mined out of Bisbee, Arizona, (and since I live in Phoenix it was as if it was screaming at me to get it).
The silver work is hand crafted and each stone will have unique color variations. Just gorgeous!

We found the one above with a 14k gold filled chain and a smooth rectangle of turquoise for less than $40.
I must have a thing for rectangles today because these turquoise bar earrings jumped out at me and, of course, it’s hard not to justify them by saying “Well, they go perfectly with the necklace!”
But, I’m right….they do match the necklace. The turquoise bar drop earrings above have a nice, modern feel but they’re not so big that they’ll hurt your earlobes.
They have an edge of gold and fishhook style posts so they slip on very easily and are nice and comfortable.
We can’t forget our wrists! I like layering a set of thin bracelets and a silver bangle with just a touch of turquoise in the center is a great layering piece.
This silver bangle has a rectangles of turquoise set between sterling silver lengths decorated with a Greek key design.
Don’t tell any of the jewelry above but what really got me going was this turquoise-themed nail polish (complete with) threads of gold and the hues and shades in this amazing stone that you just have to love!
